Description
We are looking for Production Operatives to work on our food production line on 2 new shifts.

The morning shift will run from 6am to 10am on Sunday through to Thursday and the afternoon shift will run from 2pm to 6pm.

Both shifts have rest days on Friday and Saturday each week and your shift will be fixed (i.e. you will not rotate between the morning and afternoon shifts).


Points to note:


  • We care about food quality and so our production floor and connecting rooms are chilled environments
  • We can produce over 100,000 sandwiches every day so our roles are fastpaced and the work can be repetitive for that reason, applicants must be motivated to stand for the duration of the shift
  • There is no public transport on the estate where we are based so please research that you can attend for one of the shifts that we mention above.

What you will be doing:


  • Working on a production line
  • Handling raw materials, including meats (pig included)
  • Cutting & Chopping
  • Operating machinery
  • Cleaning machinery
  • Packing finished products
  • Labelling
  • Record keeping
  • Quality Checking
  • General house keeping
  • Work towards and achieving targets
  • Working in accordance with health & safety policies

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.42 per hour
