The role:


Opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Associate 5-6 years PQE to join a high-quality practice in Bristol
.


This team undertakes the full range of corporate transactional work encompassing M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings.


This individual will be given a high level of exposure and a platform to continue building a practice focussing on the work you most enjoy, with the opportunity to work with PE houses, public companies and private organisations.


The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry.

Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.

  • Corporate Associate 56 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
