    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the subject matter expert on technology solutions.
    • Engage with potential clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
    • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and value proposition of our solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our solutions from competitors in the market.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and internal teams.
    • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including whitepapers, case studies and solution documentation.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback based on client interactions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management and monitoring and IT analytics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients, customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    This role comes with a Remote Work Model and a travel requirement of at least 75%.
