We are excited to be partnering with an _industry-leading, internationally operating_ consultancy firm.

This organisation is Private Equity backed, by a leading firm and has some of the top blue-chip companies as clients.

With headquarters in theUK, they are looking to expand further within the US, expanding their finance function to use numbers to drive growth.


They are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support project teams accounts, owning financial analysis of a portfolio within the business.

Reporting directly into the Head of Department this role offers exposure to a variety stakeholdersin the business. driving strategic decisions. Endless opportunity for progression, growing the role with the team and business, growing a team out beneath them

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
  • Compile forecast reports, for presentation to leadership
  • Coordinate with Management Accountants and Operations during monthend, to understand performance drivers
  • Ownership of accounts, supporting through monthend, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Provide analysis on risk, recommending mitigation methods
Essential Background

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Good interpersonal skillset
  • Desire to progress
  • Dynamics 365 (would be nice to have not a must)
