    AboutYou:

    We are looking for a brightenthusiastic recruiter to join ourinhouse team. You will haveminimum 3 years experience already(ideally inhouse) and are lookingfor a new challenge in aninnovative and high growth sector. Therole will focus on sourcinghigh calibre talent to join our businessacross all areas fromenergy traders and market analysts to softwareengineers projectmanagers and numerous roles across the corporatefunctions.

    What will I spend my dayon at Noriker

    • Usingvarioussourcing methods to identify and screen quality candidatesfor arange of different roles in a high volumeenvironment.
    • Proactivelycreatingand managing candidate networks andpipelines
    • Supporting theteamto achieve fulfillment targets and meet recruitment KPIs tosupportambitious company scaleup.
    • Contributetowardseffective marketing and social media campaigns to build astrongcompany brand and attracttalent.
    • Understandtechnicaljob briefs and write compelling detailedadverts

    • Minimum 3 yearsexperience in a resourcing role (Inhouse wouldbepreferable)
    • Proventrackrecord of filling vacancies and ensuring an excellentcandidateexperience
    • Agoodunderstanding of multiple methods of sourcing talentacrossdifferentplatforms
    • Committedandresultsdriven
    • Proficientcomputerskills
    • Excellentverbal andwrittencommunication.
    • Strongorganisational& prioritisationskills
    • Be able toimproverecruitment process to become more efficient andeffective
