Our client is an experienced private placement agent who have raised billions for Private Equity funds across Europe. The team are looking for a Project Management VP to join their dynamic London team. You will take a leading role on managing fundraising processes, supporting the senior directors in delivering the firm's strategy.

You will be driving fundraising project management efforts for your clients' funds with key responsibilities to include

  Ensuring a smooth fundraising process by preparing high quality pitch materials, RfP's and DDQ
• 'sCoordinating and executing /roadshows/investor meetings/investor updat
• esManage interactions with investors, in particular giving oversight of the fundraising process and ad-hoc reques

To be successful in this role, you will need to

  ACA/ACCA qualified from a big 10 accounting firm, with post-qualification experience in a due diligence, M&A or transaction services func
