New Finance Assistant role in Horsham

About Our Client:

A new and exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to work for a growing organisation based in Horsham.

This role will report into the Finance Manager in the UAE and is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to progress their career.


  • Managing the AP function, from posting invoices and expenses through to raising payments
  • Managing the AR function, including
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • Posting bank payments
  • Assisting with client / PM queries
  • Weekly / monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Working with Business Support across a range of project functions.
  • Raising monthly sales invoices
  • Intercompany posting and reconciliations
  • Assist in compiling data for the cashflow forecasts
  • Supporting with the month end process

The Successful Applicant:


  • May be studying an Accountancy qualification (AAT)
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
