    Job Description

    Each client has very specific and sometimes critical needs, we will endeavour to give to our Live-In Care Professionals continuous professional development, and train and update your skills to enable you to undertake a variety of assignments. To join our special elite team you must have:

    Extensive experience working in paid employment as a care professional.

    Preferably with Live-In care expertise, with some gained within a UK household.

    Must have clear verbal and written communications skills.

    With a personality that enables you to fit in quickly with people.

    You must have an abundance of common sense, and the patience of a saint.

    You must want to work at a professionally high standard and have the ability to adapt.

    You must be flexible enough to do things differently if needed.

    Your duties will include:

    Bathing and personal care, continence and catheter care.

    Meal preparation and light housework.

    Assisting the client with mobility and keeping active.

    Medication reminders.

    Running errands and perhaps trips out of the house.

    Assisting with any special medical needs the client may require.

    Other tasks may include ensuring phones charged, managing laundry, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration and constantly monitoring the clients well-being and comfort.

    Pay rates will be £120 - £130 per day, plus meal allowance & travel.

    Qualifications

    We do require all live-in care professionals to have an Enhanced Adult DBS preferably on the Update Register, previous live-in care experience or a willingness to undertake such work, and the Right to Work in the UK, this will be established during any recruitment process.

    We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
