Award winning independent Estate Agents in the Finchley area of London require an assistant Lettings Manager for their busy office.

If you are experienced and looking to join a dynamic team in a great working environment then this could be the role for you.

Responsible for their own database of applicants, guide tenants from initial enquiry right through to moving in day.

The process includes:
Advising Tenants immediately of new properties to the market.

Booking and accompanying tenants on viewings.

Negotiating terms between the Landlord and Tenants.

Liaising with inventory clerks, contractors and other agents.

Generating, booking and carrying out Rental valuations.

Assisting with the smooth running of the office.

Planning and carrying out Marketing campaigns.
