Join our Property Team at Thanet District Council

We're on the lookout for a Principal Surveyor to lead our dynamic team and provide expert guidance on property and estates matters. We're looking for someone who's proactive, adept at team management, and possesses a strong understanding of property management principles.

As a Principal Surveyor, you'll oversee a team of property surveyors, ensuring their caseloads are effectively managed to meet corporate objectives within budgetary constraints. Working closely with the Head of Property, you'll spearhead a wide range of estate management casework, including lease renewals, rent reviews, boundary issues, and asset valuation programs across our operational and investment portfolios.
