Administrator
Affiliated Utilities are a leading energy management consultancy with an enviable client portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to provide support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on various tasks related to the office operation and management.

Specifically you will work within our bill validation business stream, checking our clients pay the right bills, manage accounts for credits, check for errors, monitor consumption and energy use.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Update business systems
  • Liaise with customer contacts and send report summaries
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain online document storage and filing system
  • Update office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists

Skills:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant preferred but not required. Experience with MS Office, and Excel in particular
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
