    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the classroom teacher to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
    Provide individualised attention and support to students with different learning needs, ensuring their academic progress and well-being.
    Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
    Supervise and facilitate group activities and projects.
    Implement behaviour management strategies and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their educational and personal development.
    Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and development.
    Collaborate with other members of the school community, including parents and external professionals, to ensure effective support for students

    Requirements:
    Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
    Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
    Knowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of different learning styles.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
    Empathy and patience in working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
