- Reporting on KPIs and site compliance.
- Validating root cause analyses and overseeing effective corrective and preventative actions in response to NCs
- Collaborating with the FSA and other enforcement authority representatives when necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
- Building on exceptional customer relationships and ensuring management of all requests, queries, and complaints.
- Management and maintaining the QMS and Food Safety Systems.
- Regularly reviewing and reporting on cost-effectiveness, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising product safety, quality, or legality.
- Developing and improving company policies, systems, and procedures.
- Ensuring that staff receive relevant training
- Degree educated - Science based degree or equivalent training and experience.
- At least 3 years experience working in a similar role within food manufacturing or food processing
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience - Ideally working with UK retailers.
- HACCP level 3 +
- Lead auditor with sound BRC experience.
