Recruitment Consultant

Salary:
£15,000 - £17,000

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Our specialist teams are based in
Newcastle, Manchester, and Sheffield, they serve Construction Recruitment and Property, Rail, Energy and Power, Trades and Labour, and Industrial and Engineering recruitment sectors.

Key responsibilities:

To expand upon and fully integrate all business won and assist in retender processes._
To build on the current database and service the needs of current clients as well as generating new leads and business._
Trainee: To generate between £50k and £60k over a rolling 12month period and complete CERT RP Qualification within 18 months_
Consultant: To generate between £80k and £120k over a 12month rolling period and complete CERT RP Qualification within 18 months_

Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:

To not already hold a Business Administration Level 3 or above
To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
