Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Strong data entry skills to input customer details accurately
  • Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English is required

From £25,969.93 per year
