We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to join this prestigious events company in South West events company.

Our client is an Events Company delivering amazing experiences from music venues to museums, offices to residences including pop-up venues to beautiful gardens

Fully responsible for the provision of seasonal food in a contemporary style in line with the company brands, whilst ensuring that all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety.

Responsible for the full management of the chefs, kitchen, and the kitchen team. To work on a shift basis as required by the business.

Also, a key part of the role is to work with the CPU Executive chef to ensure the Ultimate experience production is produced and delivered on time on the summer and winter event runs.

Lead and motivate the kitchen team
Train and develop Junior members of staff
Oversee day-to-day running of the kitchen and events
Mostly Monday to Friday – with flexibility in peak seasons
Staff meals and Benefits package

Senior Chef experience in a Michelin star restaurant
Experienced in kitchen financials
