POSITION OVERVIEW
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SUPPORT.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE OPERATIONS MANAGER TO MANAGE AND CO-ORDINATE THE INTAKE OF IMPORTED STOCK TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND THE ONWARD DELIVERY TO OUR CLIENT BY VARIOUS MODES, INCLUDING SEA, AIR, DEDICATED VEHICLE OR COURIER SERVICES

YOU SHOULD BE ADAPTABLE, PROACTIVE, SUPPORTIVE AND DETAIL ORIENTATED


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

NOTE:
This is not an exhaustive list of duties but represents the main

requirements of the role):

  • CO-ORDINATING INTAKE OF STOCK FROM EXISTING SUPPLY CHAIN
  • ACTION THE LOGISITICS AND ADMINISTRATION OF INBOUND & OUTBOUND DELIVERIES
  • LIAISING WITH AND UPDATING CUSTOMERS ON DELIVERIES
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS
  • DATA ENTRY
  • DOCUMENT PREPARATION

PERSON SPECIFICATION

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
EXPERIENCE IN A LOGISITICS ADMINISTRATOR OR SIMILAR ROLE IS REQUIRED

MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILL AS OUTLOOK AND EXCEL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL

From £21,000.00 per year
