    Responsibilities:


    Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation are consistently maintained.

    Lead and inspire a team of pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to foster creativity and excellence in pastry production.

    Contribute to the development of innovative dessert menus and pastry offerings, showcasing your culinary creativity and expertise.
    Ensure efficient and organized pastry operations, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
    Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and sanitary pastry kitchen environment.


    Requirements:


    Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or senior pastry position in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private members club.

    Exceptional pastry skills and a passion for creating exquisite desserts and pastries.
    Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve culinary excellence.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
