About the Role

One of our Hemel Hempstead based clients require a talented Technical Business Analyst to join their IT Team.

You will be responsible for working alongside Project Managers to deliver a number of key projects focused initially on the separation and migrationof the current systems as the business moves to a stand-alone set up.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will undertake analysis work required on all IT projects.

This will include requirements gathering with stakeholders from across the business, creating functional specifications, process mapping, coordination of user testingand analysis.

You will also work with stakeholders from across the business to map out 'as is' processes and identify opportunities for enhancements where required.

This will require working with both technical and non technical managers as well as the facilitation ofworkshops for identifying priorities, gaps and return on investment.

Job Requirements

You should be confident communicating with both technical and non technical managers, and working with them to define, measure and track outcomes for a range of projects and initiatives.
As an expert in best practice, you should have demonstratable experience in working at each stage of project lifecycles, from inception through to closure. You should also be confident in modelling and notation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to successfully work and partner throughout multiple functions across the business.
Experience of using Office365 and resource tracking tools.
Modelling & notation skills
BPMN highly desirable or UML.
