Dartmouth has partnered with a fast-growing European private equity fund to hire an Investor Associate. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the investor relations needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of fundraising material including PPM, DDQs, marketing presentations and other relevant materials
• Data room oversight
• Support in the project management to ensure all client requests are addressed in a timely manner
• Responsible for preparing and keeping all marketing collateral up to date
• Assist in preparation of events such as annual meetings and roundtable
• Standard and bespoke reporting, including quarterly and annual reports coordinating with wider team

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, placement agent or in-house IR
• Strong written and communication skills in English
• Demonstrated fluency in private markets
• Strong understanding of fundraising dynamics
• Financial literacy
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead complex workstreams with tight deadlines, working in collaboration with key internal stakeholders across the business
