SF Recruitment are currently working with a Leicester based Financial Services organisation to recruit for a HR Assistant on Part-time, Permanent basis.
Providing a quality administration service in respect of all aspects of HR and coordinating the recruitment, vetting and induction processes.
Additional day-to-day responsibilities could include:
- Arranging and setting up interviews, for both inhouse and remote settings.
- Prepare interview packs and schedules for all attendees
- Conduct interviews where necessary
- Communicating with newly appointed staff throughout the selection and recruitment process, providing a point of contact and updates
- To provide a general administrative service covering all aspects of HR in support of the business
- Supporting HR Manager with ensuring all HR policies and procedures, contracts of employment and Staff Handbook are continually reviewed, developed, and updated in line with changes to legislation and recommended good practice.
- Supporting HR Manager with administration for ad hoc projects as required by the Business.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration.
- GCSE Maths and English
- Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good telephone manner
