Description

The People Change Manager will support the planning and delivery of all people related change activity, drawing on HR and other group functions.

The team will provide change resources to high priority, large scale transformational projects/ programmes andwill support smaller projects to deliver necessary people change management activity.

Required experience:

Experience working in a multisite Matrix organisation
Experience of delivering significant change programmes
Ability to build and lead crossfunctional teams to design/ deliver people change products
Knowledge of UK legislative frameworks and people policies / terms
CIPD / Prince2 qualification is advantageous
