  • 2:1 Honours Degree, or equivalent, in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Extensive & significant industrial product development experience involving software design and development
  • Excellent software development skills in languages such as C, C / Java / Python / R
  • Demonstrable experience in the use of code configuration management toolsets
  • Experience of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methodologies and tools
  • Proven understanding of cyber security
  • Strong track record of designing and delivering high quality outputs such as demonstrators, prototypes, technical reports, major component design specifications and project deliverables which have successfully passed formal quality review procedures within a relevant R&D environment
  • Successful track record in leading, managing and mentoring a team
  • Strong track record of designing and delivering complex R&D projects
