Inspecting and assessing damaged vehiclesPrepare accurate estimates in accordance with Thatcham/manufacture methodsNegotiate with customers to agree repair costs along with any other work that may be requiredProduce job schedules for the workshopThe right person for the Vehicle Damage Assessor role will need:ATA VDA qualification or similarExperience and confidence of using Audatex & ThatchamGood working knowledge of estimating and bodyshop management systemsStrong communication skillsA customer centric approachThis is a great opportunity to join a strong and growing organisation that has a key focus on its staff.
