    Description

    The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the effective coordination and implementation for various projects within the Trinity Challenge.

    Working closely with the Project Manager, you will support functions across all departments of the small team, with a particular focus on stakeholder management.

    This will include involvement in donor stewardship and research to aid fundraising objectives, working with the Philanthropy Consultant.


    Project Management:
    Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress against set goals.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective project communication and coordination.
    Assist in organising events, workshops, and meetings related to project activities.
    Conduct research to support project initiatives.


    Stakeholder Management & Fundraising:
    Maintain donor database, tracking correspondence and ensuring accuracy.

    Maintain other internal databases, such as the contacts database.
    Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes and actions.
    Executive diary management.
    Provide general administrative support to the project as needed.
