Role:

As a dedicated Employment Lawyer within this reputable practice, you will be at the forefront of providing expert legal advice on a wide spectrum of employment matters. Your days will be filled with engaging tasks ranging from advising on employment contracts and policies to navigating complex workplace disputes. You will also play a pivotal role in representing clients during tribunals and negotiations, ensuring their interests are robustly protected.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law
• Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of employment law cases
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear and concise advice
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to negotiate and influence effectively
