    We are seeking a dynamic Non-Billing Manager to join our growing recruitment firm. This position does not involve direct client billing responsibilities but instead concentrates on fostering consultant success.
    ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet KPIs and providing guidance for their professional growth.
    Focus on managing their performance, providing guidance, and ensuring team cohesion.
    Be responsible for providing an excellent experience to candidates and clients, building upon individual and team success.
    Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand our business. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
    Seek out referrals and headhunt to attract high-quality candidates.

    Previous Agency recruitment experience within Insurance, Financial services (or similar vertical).3+ years working in a 360/full-desk model (both sales/account management & recruiting).Experience managing multiple client relationships & accounts.

    Motivated by providing high-quality service that adds value to the team and wider business.
    A critical thinker with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them.
    Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a great eye for detail.
