The Team Leader role is to support the Deputy and Service Manager in their responsibilities for the overall management and day to day running of designated Enabling Lives services / people we support through involvement in certain administrative duties as well as the direct provision and delivery of support including as part of the on-call rota.
The role is suitable for those individuals seeking a bank contract with a minimum 3 month commitment and a regular shift pattern.

Our key requirements:
- For you to share our values and passion
- Previous experience of a supervisory role which involved supporting young people (1618yo) with emotional behaviour disorder (EBD), learning disabilities, autism and behaviours which challenge
- Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
- Expected to have or be willing to work towards and complete Level 3 and above Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Reliable, flexible, punctual, hard working and honest
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Understanding of the needs of people with a learning disability, mental illness and other complex needs
- Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service outcome
- Satisfactory references
