    Graduate Town PlannerLocation: London, UKSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annumAre you a recent graduate with a passion for urban planning and development? We are working with a leading house builder who are seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their team in London

    Role Overview:

    • Assist in the preparation of planning applications.
    • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
    • Support the planning process for residential projects

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning or related field.
    • Strong understanding of UK planning regulations.
    • Excellent communication skills.
