    Job Description

    Our Master Data Specialist will be an integral member of our Sales Operations team, supporting the team in proactively ensuring and owning customer Data Quality and Data Structure, defining and implementing work processes and Data Policies.

    He/She will partner with different teams with the aim to understand, automate, troubleshoot and correct the data in order to ensure that proper business processes and insights can be derived, driving increase in sales productivity and efficiency.

    Madrid Office based, the role is expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor in topics related to Customer and Prospect data.
    • Develop, track, and manage the architecture, structure, and accuracy of the Customer Master Data.
    • Develop clear policies and processes and perform timely audits around Customer and Prospect data.
    • Partner with Sales Operations and critical cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on definitions, proactively search for automation whenever possible that supports the business needs, and effectively drive collaboration and communication around the owned topics.
    • Drive market data gathering to improve reporting and insights.
    • Implement best practices and standardization of Customer Master Data, keeping scalability in mind.
    • Structure and evaluate Customer master Data problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track accuracy metrics.
    • Help drive the CRM implementation of needed Data changes.
    • Align and implement strategic initiatives from Sales leadership across teams and groups regarding Customer Data.
    • Perform checks to ensure data accuracy across all key elements.
    • Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment (e.g., people, processes, structure, or culture); adjust effectively to change by exploring the benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others to make the change successful.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience inMaster Data Management.
    • Experience working with a SaaS company; high growth Scale-up experience a plus.
    • Understanding of and ability to articulate technical aspects with business acumen.
    • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions.
    • Proven success in driving operational excellence, High motivation for continuous improvement, and ability to drive business impact.
    • Experience building actionable reporting to perform Data Audits in Salesforce (Tableau CRM is a plus), highly proficient in Excel.
    • Superior organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
    • Experience working in multinational organizations is a plus.
    • Proficiency in English is a requirement. #LI-Hybrid
