- Project Management of key projects across the property estate as specified by the Senior management team.
- Creating and maintaining value for money in delivery in accordance with standards of practice and policy.
- Developing business cases for property investment and monitoring approved expenditure.
- Initiation, management and control of projects to completion in accordance with scope and in line with identified cost, quality and time parameters.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract and corporate governance arrangements.
- Assisting colleagues as required in Project Management for delivery of projects.
