About Our Client:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within my client's reputable health and Safety company based in Manchester for
a Senior Operations Service Coordinator to join our fast-moving team. We are seeking a passionate individual who
be a part of this team as we work to make magic happen.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Operations Service Coordinator:

  • Responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing clients
- organising engineers diaries, sending jobs to their planners, allocating nearest to what is required

  • Generate & provide weekly KPI reports
  • Adding clients on to the portal wherever possible
  • Chase and process quotes
  • Escalating queries where necessary to the relevant staff members
  • Handling all aspects of customer requests including complaints in a timely and professional manner
