    We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, supporting both our clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive and able to deliver high quality work at pace. They will have a growth mindset, excellent skills in Graphic Design and an interest in developing their UI and UX design skills. They will be creative, capable of thinking outside of the box.

    Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

    As a Graphic Designer at REO, you will be creating visually appealing and informative assets that effectively communicate REO's value to customers. You will be creating designs for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, websites, and more. You will input your ideas into creative marketing campaigns and strategies for REO and their clients and develop your UI and UX design skills and knowledge on various website and user experience design projects.

    Minimum Requirements

    • You will have completed a BA in either Graphic Design or Digital Design
    • Minimum of 2 years commercial agency experience
    • A portfolio demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and final design executions
    • An attention to detail and an eye for design consistency
    • Working with multiple teams to execute successful campaigns
    • You will communicate new design concepts and ideas to the wider marketing team, working collaboratively with the Creative Lead
    • Must have experience with working on both print and digital assets
    • Must have experienced in designing for Print (EG; print specifications, colour-profiles, etc.)
    • Must have experience in designing Websites
    • Must have experienced in designing Social Media Ads
    • Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Must have experience working in Figma
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines in an agile working environment
    • Ability to plan, scope and accurately estimate design time for projects
    • Ability to manage and organise a catalogue of brand assets
