    Area Sales Manager

    Area Covered: London & Home Counties.

    Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Commission + Pension Scheme + Holiday Allowance.

    Contract: Full time, permanent.

    Benefits: £375 monthly car allowance or hybrid car & comprehensive benefits package

Our focus is to constantly bring out products that solve a problem and eventually become indispensable in the customer's retail cycle. The team has a can-do approach with dynamic and nimble management who want to bring positive change in their customers and members life through the business.

    We are now recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team

    Area Sales Manager – Responsibilities:


    • Conducting field sales activities, focusing on vanity units, designer radiators, taps, showers, and bathroom accessories


    • Primarily targeting plumbers' merchants while also engaging with independent bathroom specialists, retailers, and showrooms


    • Developing a part dormant territory with significant growth potential


    • Developing area to approximately 400+ plumbers merchant accounts existing)


    • Balancing new business development and account management, with overall responsibility of around £250,000 + revenue per month


    • Implementing a strategic 12-week journey plan to efficiently cover the territory


    • Spending approximately four days per week on the road visiting clients, with one day allocated for remote work and administrative tasks

    Our Ideal candidate will possess:


    • Demonstrated success in field sales


    • Experience selling to plumbers' merchants (consideration may be given to candidates -transitioning from within the plumbing merchant sector)


    • Strong account management skills with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships


    • Ambitious, dynamic, and industrious nature


    • Knowledge of heating, plumbing, bathroom furniture, showers, bathrooms, brassware, tapware, and sanitaryware preferred


    • Ability to devise and execute structured journey plans


    • Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive approach to work, with a focus on results over passive methods
