Reigate, Surrey (Hybrid Working)

£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits

The successful
2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer will be based in their office in Reigate/London, though would be expected, when required to travel to clients' sites.

Therefore, a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support.
Involved in the continued documentation of the existing and new client base.
Opportunity to head projects, including Office365 migrations, Security Audits and Application Integration.

Key-Skills:

Experienced
2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer.
Office 365 including Azure and security experience.
Mac OS and Hardware Experience.
Windows Server 2012 R2 and above experience inc. Active directory and Group Policy.
Hyper-V and Virtualisation Experience.
Windows Desktop OS Experience.
Solid Networking Experience (TCP/IP, Firewalls and V-Lan's).
On-Premise Microsoft Exchange experience.
