Our client based in Devon require a Care Supervisor to join their team on a Full time Permanent basis.

This position will be covering South West Devon area and therefore access to transport is essential as you will be travelling between areas in order to carry out service plans.

If you have a background in healthcare, naturally compassionate, caring and patient, then this role could be the role for you.

This position is 40 hours a week with every other weekend off and is a split role:50% of the role will be:

  • Providing personal care; toileting and washing
  • Medical administering
  • Manual handling
  • Promoting health and wellbeing

The other 50% of the role will be:

  • Writing person centred care plans
  • Carrying out new client assessments
  • Leading on client reviews
  • Medication reviews and audits
  • Delivering care calls when required
  • To participate in an oncall roster providing and cocoordinating cover for unplanned absence to maintain the service
  • Complete customer quality monitoring telephone calls and spot checks to monitor the performance of care workers.
  • Report concerns or issues immediately to your RM
  • Positively promote the business whilst out in the community
  • Work from the office x1 day per week agreed with your RM
  • Attend weekly huddle meetings
In return you can expect

  • An annual salary of between £23,000£30,000

Essential for the role

  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Willing to complete 20 hours a week on care
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care
  • Access to a car
