Account Manager - £55-60K base + OTE / Hybrid / Nottingham Based

Are you a personable and confident business consultant looking to join a market leading HCM software company and find your next new challenge?

Martin and Conley are recruiting for a highly established company within the HR and Payroll space who are expanding their Account Management team.

They are looking for individuals who will be responsible for driving growth from their medium-enterprise customersand have experience working with HR software in the public sector.

The Job:

Build relationships with customer leadership team and understand the factors influencing their business
Build a strong pipeline to sell the company's product
Work with influential stakeholders with the customer to ensure opportunity and value is maximized
Document daily activity in Salesforce to track performance

Key Skills:

Proven experience of selling cloud software, ideally HR, Payroll and/or Finance
Experience selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models
2+ years experience in an Account Manager position working within the HCM space
Strong and demonstrable experience of building relationships and selling at directorlevel
Experience of account planning and contract management
Excellent communication skills
