Our client are a bright and vibrant new opening in the Isle of Wight. A modern café serving up a fresh, seasonal menu with a takeaway service available. This is a growing concept with a new stunning restaurant opening alongside the café.

The client will have a core team of 4 plus waiting staff and oversee a busy takaway hatch and 50/60 cover restaurant once fully open..

Requirements Currently be at General Management level within a causal dining café/restaurant.

• Hatch/ Takeaway experience would be prefered...

Have a good understanding of business operations, you must be able to understand finance, training, development and full table service.
