London Gynaecology is a leading private women's health practice.

This role is for someone who has excellent operational capability and preferably has worked in a private healthcare setting and / or has experience of working with a luxury brand.

The Operations Manager will oversee and optimise clinic resources, focusing on maximising room, equipment, and clinician utilisation through strategic clinic scheduling, both short and long term.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the patient experience within the clinic environment.

Manage clinic resources efficiently, maximising room, equipment, and clinician resources through effective scheduling.
Recommend adjustments to clinician working patterns to help clinic optimisation.
Coordinate with visiting consultants, facilitating efficient setup of new clinics and services.
Recommend pricing strategies by monitoring market trends and maximising revenue, especially through emergency appointments.
Generate reports on patient flow, utilisation, satisfaction, and operational efficiency, providing insights to senior management.
Familiarity with technology used in clinic operations.
