Our Client is looking for Distribution Co-ordinators in Coventry

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking and scheduling of orders to make deliveries in accordance with our service promise.

Ensure that costs are controlled by using the right type of vehicle for the site access.
Liaising with external hauliers to improve customer service and deliver a higher NPS value.
Planning on excel the work schedule for each day, whilst liaising with Plant Supervisors to minimise plant shutdowns.
Working proactively to establish the feasibility of customer requests in coordination with the haulier, dealing with any haulage queries that may arise.
Management of late loads, including a timely notification of these issues to all relevant parties.
Receive knowledge to understand other areas of the business to improve potential for further development.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Must be computer literate.
Must be a good clear communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience in either a call centre or administration centre would be an advantage.
Full training will be given to the suitable applicant.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£25,200.00 per year
