    Great role for an experienced CRM or Email Marketing Assistant / Executive looking to gain experience in Fashion / eCommerce Retail for a leading brand. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the CRM Manager to help drive customer loyalty, retention and sales through the delivery of targeted customer email communications.

    Please note this role is onsite 5 days a week in SW London - we have both Freelance and Permanent opportunities available

    The role

    Take ownership of the broadcast email calendar, working alongside the CRM Manager to develop a strong weekly email plan in-line with marketing and promotional activity to relevant audience segments.

    Work with the Trade team, you will prioritise categories and products to feature in emails as well as optimising the email to website journey

    Briefing designers on emails

    Report on performance to ensure emails are relevant to improve click through rates

    Work with the CRM Manager to develop and analyse A/B test and learn strategies

    Support the CRM manager with the customer loyalty programme

    Review competitor activity and share updates with the wider marketing team.

    You will need previous email marketing & CRM experience working with an ESP (Ometria is desirable) in a fast-paced D2C environment. Analytical approach with strong copywriting skills and a strong team ethic.
