    As our clients' single source partner for information management, we offer solutions that cover the full record lifecycle, including file storage; secure online access; data protection; business continuity; The Finance Business Partner Operations is responsible for the overall financial support, analysis of the performance and value add activities to UK&I Operations team, including developing cost models and mechanisms, in collaboration with the central Finance function and the business.

    The Finance Business Partner Operations will build and run cost models for the various record centres, including transport & logistics and scanning, working with colleagues and clients initially in the UK& Ireland, and thereafter in the Netherlands, once the UK&I capability has been established.

    The overarching objective of the role is to support OASIS' market growth aspirations through understanding, analysing and improving the cost drivers of the physical part of the business and empowering the UK&I management team to optimise cost and productivity.

    The role will support the UK&I Operations with developing the relevant operational KPIs, implementing them in collaboration with the UK&I MD and the Finance Strategy Lead; Build and run the OASIS cost models for the physical business (UK&I initially).

    Review and improve cost/procurement processes, creating new workflows and processes where they do not exist, constantly identifying opportunity areas and building a vision of 'what good looks like' around cost related controls and approvals.

    Support Managing Director for UK&I in monthly analysis and reporting of the cost related business performance, identifying and deep diving into variances to target and proposing solutions on how to improve performance when needed.

    Ad hoc projects and support for the Senior Finance Partner as needed.

    Experience of building, implementing, and 'living' cost base models in structured and lean logistics businesses.
    Comfortable with interpreting cost KPIs to Operations/non-finance colleagues and influencing behaviours.
    Experience of producing business insight which enables stakeholders to take important decisions.
    Ability to synthesise wider business requirements and translate into impact on operating activities and the related cost.
    Ideally CIMA qualified.
