Purchase Ledger Clerk

18.5 hours per week, 12 month temporary contract

D- D6: £21,575 to £21,968 (FTE)

Actual Salary:
£10,788 to £10,984


Broad Horizons Education Trust, which operates 18 schools in and around Norwich, are looking for a conscientious and self-motivated person to join the centralised Finance team in its Purchase Ledger Function for a 12 month period to June 2024.

Working under the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing electronic invoices on the Trust's finance system
  • Maintaining supplier standing data and reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing BACS payment runs for authorisation
  • Providing holiday cover for the Purchase Ledger Supervisor


The role with be based at the Trust's HQ at Sewell Park Academy, not far from the city centre, with good transport links, free on-site parking and staff welfare packages.
