The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support our teams in delivering great work throughout our engagements.
You'll play a key role in developing great team dynamics, bringing agile and Agile to life, uncovering and solving challenges, and bringing our principles for quality, engineering and delivery together to realise great delivery outcomes.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
***- Deliver software technology using appropriate agile methodologies, learning & iterating frequently
- Ensure the teams have everything they need to succeed in delivering work and their processes are optimal and collaborative
- Have end to end delivery involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the lifecycle
- Help our teams and their stakeholders develop and maintain viable product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring they are deliverable at the right time
- Play a key role in team culture and spirit
- Do the 'Day to day' really well, including facilitating and coordinating multiple scrum teams
- Develop appropriate Metrics, team data and lean governance alongside key project stakeholders

Essential:
- Genuine advocacy for modern, high
- quality delivery and all things agile
- Agile delivery through multidisciplinary teams in a DevOps environment
- Comfortable challenging existing thinking in a positive way
- An adaptable and pragmatic approach and a curious mind, continually asking 'why?'
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and Lucid or Miro
