    WHAT TO EXPECT

    As part of our new Global Performance Media team, you will play an important role, leading the digital media and creative strategy to drive continuous improvements for JLR's performance marketing activity. Together with the Head of Performance Marketing you will define the global guidelines, and scale to regions and markets. Delivering on the moments that matter you will lead JLR's global Social and Programmatic strategy, as well as partnering with our Media Agency and strategic media partners to continuously improve performance of JLR's digital media campaigns.

    You will drive the difference and lead on our global media strategy on Programmatic and Paid Social including delivering global guidelines, reviewing performance results and identifying opportunities for improvement. Listening to others point of view you will be able to articulate business impact, and support teams in prioritising actions to drive greater business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Define and own the global performance marketing strategy for paid social and programmatic
  • Track and monitor marketing performance against the business's overall goals which will influence strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Analyse, monitor, and report on media campaigns, developing actions and insights on channel effectiveness, next steps, and potential optimizations
  • Lead and mentor a team of channel experts that launches, tests, iterates, and scales strategic programs that drive performance marketing growth
  • Be the champion for the performance marketing creative making sure all content opportunities are considered so markets are equipped with the assets they need to deliver commercial objectives
  • Represent the performance marketing team within cross-functional workstreams to ensure that performance marketing requirements are considered in all relevant projects, educate key stakeholders on performance requirements and identify opportunities to collaborate with other teams
  • Articulate the commercial impact of all performance marketing activities by creating platforms and tools to track the volume and impact of changes
