What will you be doing...

  • Advise the line managers on talent attraction by reviewing the recruitment process and always looking for ways to streamline procedures, as well as helping onboard new starters into their new careers
  • Responding to HR enquiries passed on by the HR Assistant and confidently guiding staff and managers through HR processes with a focus on building their understanding of HR and its value
  • Utilising your employment law knowledge to review and adapt policies to ensure all staff can reap the benefits from a clear support network that genuinely wants to help employees thrive
  • Overseeing the HR database and tackling any major updates or changes to internal systems and workflows alongside the HR Manager to reduce time costs
  • Support offboarding by conducting exit interviews and using feedback to put forward original suggestions to improve the employee experience
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a HR role, advisory experience is highly desirable
  • A CIPD qualification is ideal but relevant experience will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of using a HRIS to log process actions and outcomes
