- Actively participate in regular quality meetings with contractor and package representatives.
- Deliver quality presentations during kick-off meetings.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and site audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor and analyse trends in quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with technical authorities to align processes with quality requirements.
- Travel to other sites when required
- Have relevant Quality qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in quality management, preferably within relevant industries.
- Demonstrate expertise in projects and operations quality management.
- Display a solid understanding of ISO 9001 Series standards.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
