Confident telephone mannerYou will have a high attention to detail, great ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask different roles at the same timeEnergetic with a positive attitude Adaptable Desire to succeed and help others around you Resilient and tenaciousStrong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independentlyResponsibilities:Building a strong pipeline of candidates and liaising with them on a regular basis to determine their requirements and skillsets High volume CV reviewing Using social media to promote vacancies and source new candidates Interviewing candidates by telephone/face-to-face/video Identifying potential leads Managing vacancies including advertising roles, managing the response, updating candidates and post-placement after care Preparing and supporting candidates throughout the interview process Working and liaising with internal teams to enable effective operations for candidate experience Taking responsibility for your personal brand and LinkedIn profile, including writing market or staffing specific contentAssisting with ad-hoc projects Ensuring the recruitment process enhances the candidate experience and perception of our business.
Ensuring compliance with organisational policy and procedures related to the end-to-end delivery processcover roles within the set SLAsresolve objections and issues throughout the candidate journey, pushing back on candidates when appropriate
