Working under the supervision of the GP's, Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses in accordance with Practice guidelines and protocols, the Heath Care Assistant will assist the Practice Team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
The practice is committed to excellent patient care, quality and improvement and teaching.KEY TASKS Promote new patient health checks, annual health checks Understanding normal parameters and when to refer to GPs/Nursing team for further management.
