    Housekeeper/Butler for UHNW Family Residence in North London - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

    Position: Housekeeper/Butler
    Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week) with compensation for overtime hours worked
    Location: North London, London
    Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly discreet and meticulous individual to join our client's team as a Housekeeper/Butler for an UHNW family residence in North London. This role demands utmost confidentiality and professionalism, as you will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in the household.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of the household and its occupants at all times.
    • Collaborate closely and report to the Head Housekeeper and work with the wider household team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Execute daily cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residence.
    • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries to uphold luxurious standards of comfort.
    • Handle special requests and ad-hoc projects from the family or household management team with professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Provide impeccable service to the family and their guests during their stay, ensuring all their needs are promptly and meticulously attended to.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the family is in residence.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a Housekeeper role, preferably within a Private UHNW Household or 5-star luxury hotel environment.
    • Excellent knowledge in housekeeping duties, with previous butler experience and the ability to serve guests while remaining composed, calm and presentable
    • Showcase exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring every task is executed to the highest standard of excellence.
    • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of household staff.
    • Reliability, punctuality, calm and a strong work ethic are essential.
    • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and schedules of the family is crucial.
    • The right to work and live in the United Kingdom.
